OAS at St Hugh’s College Festival of Anniversaries

OAS was invited by St Hugh’s College in Oxford to participate in their Festival of Anniversaries in October with artwork on show and for sale in the Hamlin Gallery, the Maplethorpe Building and the college grounds. The Festival included a full programme of events including dinners, drama and lectures and OAS provided demonstrations at the weekend, including portrait sittings on Sunday afternoon with Patrick the porter, and the Principal Dame Elish Angiolini who kindly agreed to model. The collaboration has been a very successful experience and at the college’s suggestion the exhibition was extended by several weeks. St Hugh’s have also generously indicated that OAS would be welcome to return in the future to exhibit again.
