The exhibition is open to anyone living within a 25 mile radius of Oxford.
You may submit 2 pieces for selection which you will then need to bring along to the Cloister Gallery at the SJE on Saturday 21st September between 10am – 12noon.
Print and fill in the form for submission manually – OAS Submission Form 2019 and bring it with you to the hand-in on Saturday 21st between 10am – 12 noon along with payment by cash or cheque made out to Oxford Art Society.

Below is a checklist of the process.
- Fill in ALL sections of the Yellow or Blue (YAC) labels and attach to artwork
- Make sure White Sticky Label on the back has your Name, Title, Price
- Proceed to checkpoint table to have your frames and labels approved
- Hand over artwork to the porters
