King, Caroline

Trained at Exeter College of Art and Design (BA Hons Fine Art) and at Hertfordshire University (PG Dip in Art Therapy). Caroline lives and paints in Enstone in West Oxfordshire.

Much of her work is inspired by a love of landscape. Capturing the moment is the essence of her work. Using drawings to record the moving time and place, the work is finished in her studio. Using mixed media, she uses a multi-layered approach, which sometimes incorporates collage.

Caroline’s work has been shown in exhibitions in Germany and Cyprus. She has exhibited at Oxfordshire Arts weeks and most recently at The Cloisters Gallery in Oxford.
