Many years ago, I gained a diploma in Printed Textiles, which sparked a lifelong passion for painting plants and flowers. More recently, I studied at the Chelsea School of Botanical Art, where I was awarded a Diploma with Distinction.

Today, I paint for the Florilegiums of the Oxford Botanic Garden and the Chelsea Physic Garden, where I am a Fellow. My work is held in the archives of both institutions.

I work primarily in watercolour on paper and vellum, creating detailed botanical studies as well as still-life paintings that incorporate a botanical element. My work has been exhibited in galleries in London and around the country. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge by leading occasional workshops in Botanical Art.
