The Oxford Art Society holds two exhibitions each year; a Members’ Exhibition in the spring (March-April) and an Open Exhibition in the autumn (September-October).
- The Open Exhibition 2026 will run from 10 October – 24 October 2026.
- The Members’ Exhibition 2027 will run from 20 March – 3 April 2027.
- The Open Exhibition 2027 will run from 18 September – 2 October 2027.
- The Members’ Exhibition 2028 will run from 25 March – 8 April 2028.
Please keep an eye on the website and Instagram in the run up to these exhibitions to know when submissions will open. A full schedule of dates and times will be posted on the website prior to each exhibition, but the format is as follows:
Online Entry Submission opens:
Submit your entries via the website.
Online Entry Submission closes:
Delivery of ALL Artwork:
ALL artwork needs to be delivered in person for selection. Find out how to prepare your artwork for delivery. Deliver to The Kendrew Barn, St John’s College, Oxford OX1 3JP.
Selection Results:
Results will be released on our website on the evening of delivery/selection.
Collection of unplaced work:
All unselected work must be collected the following day.
Private View:
All members and artists with work selected will be invited to the PV.
OPEN DATES:
The exhibition is usually open for 2 weeks.
Collection of all Artwork:
All unsold work must be collected the Sunday after the exhibition closes.
