Art organisations
A festival which runs through May and encourages local arts to open their
studios and exhibit work to the public.
OVADA (Oxfordshire Visual Arts Development Agency) exists to facilitate
and promote access to high quality visual arts for all the residents of and
visitors to Oxfordshire.
The OPC is an open access Fine Art Print Workshop which offers a high standard
of printmaking facilities for people whose special interest is printmaking.
The Oxford Sculptors Group consists of over 40 established sculptors based in
Oxfordshire and surrounding counties.
The Oxford Art Society Associates (a separate organisation from the Oxford Art Society) organises arts lectures in Oxford, which cover a diverse range of topics and are delivered by experts in their field. Lectures are held on Mondays, twice during each term.

Working with artists from around the world, our pioneering programme enables
audiences and communities to participate in and engage with contemporary art.
West Ox Arts Gallery in Bampton is the centre for an association of artists many of whom exhibit in the gallery. WOA holds up to sixteen exhibitions a year showing a wide range of contemporary, high quality art and crafts by local and national artists and makers.
We feature predominantly Oxfordshire Artists alongside a selection of
carefully selected British Artists & Craft persons.

Art centres
The Jam Factory is an arts centre, restaurant and bar situated in the west end of Oxford. Designed to encourage the participation and appreciation of the visual arts on all levels.

Zoom Maker
An arts consultancy service run by Helen Statham, who artists local to oxford might know as the previous manager of the O3 Gallery. The service is for artists, designers and makers who are starting out or are in the early years of growing their creative business. Her website contains lots of free useful advice and tips.
