Studied Fine Art at Newport College of Art and worked as a sign writer in London and Oxford before being appointed General Manager of a graphics company in Oxford. Trained as an Art Teacher at Reading University (PGCE) and taught for twenty tears. Awarded an MA from Oxford Brooks on the Artists/Teacher programme.

Became a full time artist with a studio in Harwell in 2013 and have shown regularly in solo and group exhibitions around the country. Exhibited with OAS, the Pastel Society, Society of Graphic Fine Art, UK Coloured Pencil Society, the Royal West Academy, Bath Society of Artists and the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition.

The work reflects an interest in discarded objects and nostalgia. The work is in a range of media including colour pencil, oils and print work.
