Painting in the rain, Charlbury
I am a portrait and landscape painter living in Oxford, working mainly in Oxfordshire, London and Venice.
I trained in portraiture at Heatherleys School of Fine Art (Portraiture Diploma 2007-2009) and further studies at the Prince’s Drawing School (2009 – 2011).
I paint from life.
For a portrait I will ask my sitter for around 8 sittings of 2 hours, though sometimes a portrait may require fewer. Sittings can be either in my studio or in the sitter’s home, spaced if possible at weekly or fortnightly intervals.
As a landscape painter, I am represented by Cricket Fine Art, where work is currently available, at 2 Park Walk, Chelsea, SW3 and Barrs Yard, Hungerford, Berkshire.
