Pryce, Jago

Jago trained in art, art therapy, psychotherapy and spiritual direction and has led workshops and individually guided retreats using art since 1984. She has also used it in her work alongside people in a Remand Centre, Drop-in Centre and School for the Profoundly Hearing Impaired.

She has exhibited widely in Oxfordshire, Hampshire and the Midland Counties. Her paintings contain a mixture of ‘larger than life’ humour, tranquillity and comfortable familiarity. But there is also gentle ambiguity and a touch of the unexpected. She reminds us to make friends with our ‘wobbly bits’, and not to take ourselves too seriously!
